A design that didn't keep your room's layout, missed the style you picked or failed to finish? Tell us which room and style you used and what went wrong.
Credits
Each redesign uses credits from your plan. If your balance looks wrong, or a design failed and you're unsure whether credits were used, let us know.
Billing and plans
Questions about a charge, a renewal or cancelling your plan? If you subscribed in the iOS or Android app, renewals and cancellations are managed in your App Store or Google Play account.
